Can you hold a place before I apply?
We do not hold our available properties. Leases are offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis - the first completed and approved application will be offered the Lease. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. One full month’s rent is due along with the security deposit and any applicable fees for move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All residents over the age of 18 are required to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
All application deposits are fully refundable until the lease is signed. -
Who needs a cosigner?
There are occasions where a consignor may be needed. During the application process, we will let you know if one is required. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please make sure to tour the property first. We will not approve an application that has not been viewed by the applicant or the applicant’s representative.- Ensure that you have all the required documents handy (see application requirements)

How do I pay rent?
We offer multiple ways to pay rent; the most popular by far is free ACH transfer through our online portal. We also accept credit cards and the convenient PayNearMe service that allows rent to be paid at participating 7-Eleven, WalMart, Walgreens and CVS stores. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First, let us know. The majority of our properties welcome pets, but unfortunately some properties do not. Once we know that your property accepts pets, there is a short application and applicable fees complete the process. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Simply let us know during the renewal notice period, unusually at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the lease. We will provide you with everything you need to have a successful move out. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Any repairs that arise from age or normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the Owner. Any repairs due to tenant damage or excessive wear and tear will be tenant responsibility.
